About EreServeDesk
EreServeDesk.com operates as a car rental booking platform. We act as an intermediary between you, the Customer, and the car rental provider, the Rental Provider, that supplies the vehicle. EreServeDesk does not own, control, or operate any vehicles. The vehicle rental contract is between you and the respective Rental Provider. Our role is to facilitate the reservation and provide related customer service.
Acceptance of Terms
By using EreServeDesk.com, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a booking
- Use the website only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations
- Be of legal age (at least 21 years old) and legally capable of entering a binding contract
Booking Process
- When you make a reservation through EreServeDesk.com, we send your booking request to the selected Rental Provider
- A booking confirmation is issued once the Rental Provider accepts your reservation and payment is authorized
- EreServeDesk is not responsible for rental denials or modifications by the Rental Provider
- Your booking may be subject to specific terms of the Rental Provider such as driver age, deposit, insurance coverage, and additional driver fees
Required Documents at Pick-Up
At vehicle pick-up, the driver must present the following:
- A valid driver’s license held for at least one year
- A valid credit card in the main driver’s name with sufficient funds for the security deposit
- The EreServeDesk booking voucher
- A valid passport or government-issued photo ID
Failure to present the required documents may result in cancellation by the Rental Provider without refund.
Payments and Pricing
- The total rental cost displayed on EreServeDesk.com includes rental fees, applicable taxes, and our service fee unless otherwise stated
- Payment methods include major credit or debit cards
- EreServeDesk may pre-authorize your card for part or all of the rental cost
- Additional charges such as fuel, insurance, tolls, or damages are settled directly with the Rental Provider
- Currency conversions, if applicable, are based on your card issuer’s rates. EreServeDesk is not responsible for exchange rate differences
Cancellations, Modifications and No-Shows
- You may cancel your booking through EreServeDesk.com prior to the rental start date according to our cancellation policy
- If you fail to appear at the rental desk or cannot rent the vehicle due to invalid documentation or insufficient funds, no refund will be issued
- Modifications to your reservation such as dates, times, or car class may result in rate changes and are subject to availability
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation confirmation
Driver Eligibility
- The minimum driver age is 21 years which may vary by state or provider
- Drivers under 25 years or over 70 years may incur an additional surcharge called young or senior driver fee
- Only the drivers listed in the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle
- You are responsible for any violations, fines, or damages incurred during your rental period
Vehicle Information
- Vehicle images on EreServeDesk.com are for illustration only
- Vehicle models, features, and brands may vary depending on availability
- The Rental Provider reserves the right to provide a similar or higher-category vehicle if the booked model is unavailable at pick-up
Insurance and Liability
- Basic insurance such as Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection may be included, depending on the Rental Provider
- Additional coverage options such as Supplemental Liability Insurance or Personal Accident Insurance may be available at the rental desk
- EreServeDesk does not provide insurance directly and is not liable for disputes regarding coverage or claims
- You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the rental vehicle until it is returned in accordance with the rental agreement
Limitation of Liability
EreServeDesk acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for:
- The performance or conduct of the Rental Provider
- Vehicle condition, availability, or mechanical issues
- Delays, cancellations, or errors by third-party providers
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EreServeDesk’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for your booking.
Force Majeure
EreServeDesk will not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather events, government actions, war, labor disputes, pandemics, or system failures.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on EreServeDesk.com are owned or licensed by EreServeDesk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written permission from EreServeDesk
- You agree not to use our website for any fraudulent or unauthorized purposes
